EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of prayer in Islam. It tells us that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to observe four rak’ahs in his forenoon prayer, but sometimes he would observe more if Allah willed it. This teaches us that we should always strive to do our best when it comes to worshiping Allah and that we should never be complacent with our prayers. We should also remember that ultimately, it is up to Allah whether or not He accepts our prayers and how much He rewards us for them.
