QUICK LESSONS:
Prioritize prayer, Make time for prayer despite difficulty or haste
EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Salim from his father speaks of the Prophet Muhammad combining the sunset and Isha' prayers when he was in a hurry on a journey. This is an example of how important it is to prioritize prayer even during times of difficulty or haste. It also shows that prayer can be combined if necessary due to certain circumstances such as travel. This hadith teaches us that we should always make time for prayer no matter what our situation may be and that we should not neglect it even if we are busy or in a rush. Additionally, this hadith also teaches us that there are certain allowances made for those who are travelling which allows them to combine their prayers if needed.
