Perform supererogatory prayer while riding

This hadith tells us that the Prophet Muhammad used to perform supererogatory prayers while riding, but not obligatory prayers. Supererogatory prayer is an extra prayer that Muslims can choose to do in addition to the five daily obligatory prayers.
