Simak narrated on the authority of Jabir b. Samura that when the Messenger of Allah observed the dawn prayer, he sat at the place of worship till the sun had risen enough.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks to us about how important it is to take time for reflection and contemplation after performing our daily prayers. The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, would sit in a place of worship until the sun had risen enough after performing his dawn prayer. This teaches us that we should take time out from our busy lives to reflect on our faith and relationship with God, even if it is just for a few moments each day. We can use this time to think about how we can better ourselves as Muslims and strive towards becoming closer to God through prayer and good deeds.
