QUICK LESSONS:
Pray regularly & Eat moderately before sunset

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of prayer in Islam, as well as how it is important to eat before sunset. The Prophet Muhammad PBUH used to pray in the afternoon and then have a meal with his companions before the sun set. This shows that prayer is an important part of life for Muslims, but also that it is important to take time out for meals and enjoy them with family or friends. It also teaches us about moderation, as we should not overindulge ourselves when eating but rather enjoy our meals in moderation. Furthermore, this hadith teaches us about punctuality; we should be mindful of time and make sure that we are done eating before sunset so that we can perform our evening prayers on time.
