Glorifying Allah for Forgiveness

SUMMARY: This hadith encourages us to glorify Allah and declare His greatness after every prayer, and if we do so ninety-nine times, our sins will be forgiven.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger as saying: If anyone extols Allah after every prayer thirty-three times, and praises Allah thirty-three times, and declares His Greatness thirty-three times, ninety-nine times in all, and says to complete a hundred:" There is no god but Allah, having no partner with Him, to Him belongs sovereignty and to Him is praise due, and He is Potent over everything," his sins will be forgiven even If these are as abundant as the foam of the sea.

QUICK LESSONS:
Extol Allah after every prayer 33x , Praise Him 33x , Declare His Greatness 33x .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith encourages us to glorify Allah after every prayer. We should say "Subhanallah" thirty-three times, praise Him thirty-three times by saying "Alhamdulillah", and declare His Greatness thirty-three times by saying "Allahu Akbar". If we do this ninety-nine times in total, our sins will be forgiven even if they are as abundant as the foam of the sea. By doing this, we can show our appreciation for all that Allah has done for us and ask Him for forgiveness. It is important to remember that no matter how many mistakes we make or how much wrong we have done in life, Allah is always willing to forgive us if we sincerely repent and ask Him for mercy.
