Resisting Interruption During Prayer

SUMMARY: When praying, one should not allow anyone to pass in front of them and if they do, they should be resisted.

'Abdullah b. 'Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah said: When any one of you prays, he should not allow anyone to pass before him, and if he refuses, he should be then forcibly resisted, for there is a devil with him.

QUICK LESSONS:
Respect prayer by not allowing anyone to pass before you while praying .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of prayer and how it should not be interrupted or disturbed by anyone. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught that when someone is praying, no one should pass in front of them as there is a devil with them. If someone does try to pass in front of the person who is praying, then they must be resisted until they stop trying to do so. This hadith teaches us that prayer is an important part of our faith and we must take it seriously and protect it from any kind of interruption or disturbance. It also teaches us that we must stand up for what we believe in even if it means resisting those who are trying to disturb us while we are worshipping Allah SWT.
