QUICK LESSONS:
Allow women access to mosques when they seek permission .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the rights of women in mosques. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that women should not be prevented from entering the mosque when they seek permission. Bilal, one of the companions, disagreed with this statement but Abdullah, another companion, reminded him that it was the Prophet who said it and so it must be followed. This hadith teaches us that women have equal rights as men when it comes to religious matters and they should not be deprived of their right to enter a mosque or any other place for worship. It also teaches us to respect the words of our Prophet and follow them even if we do not agree with them at first glance.
