Narrated 'Aisha: The Prophet used to say frequently in his bowing and prostrations "Subhanaka l-lahumma Rabbana wa bihamdika, Allahumma ghfir li" (Exalted from unbecoming attributes Are you O Allah our Lord, and by Your praise do I exalt you.

QUICK LESSONS:
Recite special phrases during bowing & prostration as mentioned in the Holy Quran .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us how to pray, and one of the most important parts of prayer is bowing and prostrating. During this part of prayer, he would recite a special phrase that was mentioned in the Holy Quran. This phrase is “Subhanaka l-lahumma Rabbana wa bihamdika, Allahumma ghfir li” which means “Exalted are you O Allah our Lord, and by Your praise [do I exalt you]. O Allah! Forgive me”. This phrase is very important because it reminds us that we should always be humble before God and ask for His forgiveness for our sins. It also teaches us that we should always be grateful for all the blessings He has given us.
