EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was commanded by Allah to perform prostration in a certain way. This hadith explains that when performing salat or prayer, one must prostrate on seven bones of the body and not tuck up their hair or garment. This means that when praying one should make sure their clothing is loose enough so as not to interfere with the prostration. Additionally, it is important for Muslims to ensure that they are properly covered during prayer and not expose any part of their body which should be covered according to Islamic teachings. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us about humility and submission before Allah as we bow down in prostration during prayer.
