QUICK LESSONS:
Follow all instructions given by Allah for salat/prayer
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was commanded by Allah to perform prostration in a certain way. This involves placing one's forehead along with the tip of the nose on the ground while also placing one's hands, knees and toes of both feet on the ground. It is important not to gather any clothes or hair while performing this act as it is considered disrespectful. This hadith teaches us that we should always be mindful and respectful when performing acts of worship such as salat or prayer. We should take care to follow all instructions given by Allah so that our worship can be accepted by Him.
