Respect other people’s beliefs even if you don’t agree with them completely , Take time out of your day to listen and understand each other better before jumping into conclusions too quickly without thinking things through properly first , Be kind towards others even when feeling frustrated/angry .

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's response to the Jewish practice of not living with or dining with a woman during her menstruation. The Companions asked him about this, and Allah revealed in Surah Al-Baqarah that it was a pollution and instructed his followers to keep away from women during their menstruations, but not to have intercourse. The Prophet then clarified that they should do everything except intercourse while they are on their period. When Usaid b. Hudair and Abbad b. Bishr heard this, they were worried that the Prophet was angry at them for asking such questions, but he showed them kindness by giving them milk when they received it as a gift. This shows us how important it is for us to be kind even when we are feeling frustrated or angry at someone else's actions or words.
