Be mindful and considerate when making decisions or giving orders.

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's concern for his followers and his desire to make sure that they are not overburdened with too many obligations. He wanted them to use a tooth stick at every time of prayer, but he refrained from ordering them to do so in order not to put too much pressure on them.
