Show kindness & mercy even to those who are younger than you or less fortunate than you .

This hadith is about the kindness of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ towards children. It is narrated by Mahmud bin Rabi'a that when he was five years old, the Prophet ﷺ took water from a bucket with his mouth and threw it on his face. This act shows us how much love and care he had for children. He was not only kind to adults but also to young children like Mahmud bin Rabi'a who were in need of love and attention.
