QUICK LESSONS:
Spend an equal amount of time in each posture while praying.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of spending equal time in each posture during prayer. It was narrated by Al-Bara that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to spend approximately equal time in bowing, prostration, sitting between the two prostrations and standing after bowing during prayer. This teaches us that we should not rush through our prayers but rather take our time and be mindful of each posture while praying. We should also strive to make sure that we are spending an equal amount of time on each posture so as not to miss out on any blessings or rewards from Allah SWT for our prayers.
