Seek refuge in Allah when feeling overwhelmed or confused by any situation or thought process.

This hadith is narrated by Abu Huraira, a companion of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It talks about how the Satan comes to everyone and asks questions such as who created this and that, until he reaches the question of who created one's Lord. At this point, it is important to seek refuge in Allah and stay away from such idle thoughts. This teaches us that we should always be mindful of our thoughts and not let them wander into areas which are beyond our understanding or knowledge. We should also remember to seek refuge in Allah whenever we feel overwhelmed or confused by any situation or thought process.
