Follow Islamic teachings , Apply treatments correctly , Seek medical advice when needed , Eat dates or raisins soaked in vinegar every morning for seven days

This hadith is about treating boils according to the advice of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It is reported that a person from the past suffered from a boil and Jundab b. 'Abdullah al-Bajali narrated this hadith in a mosque. The Prophet advised that one should take some weight of oil and heat it up until it becomes warm and then apply it on the boil three times daily until it heals completely. He also suggested making a poultice with small amounts of oil and applying this on the boil as well as taking some weight of dates or raisins which have been soaked in vinegar overnight and eating them every morning for seven days. These treatments are said to be effective in healing boils if done correctly according to Islamic teachings.
