Stealing Away From Prayer

SUMMARY: Looking around during prayer is a way of stealing away from the prayer and it is done by Satan.

Narrated 'Aisha: I asked Allah's Messenger about looking hither and thither in prayer. He replied, "It is a way of stealing by which Satan takes away (a portion) from the prayer of a person".

QUICK LESSONS:
Stay focused during prayers

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Aisha explains that looking around while praying is a way of stealing away from the prayer. This act is done by Satan, who takes away a portion of the person's prayer. It is important to stay focused on one's prayers and not be distracted by anything else in order to receive its full benefits. This hadith teaches us to stay focused on our prayers and not let anything distract us from it, as this will lead to losing out on its rewards.
