Good News of a Palace in Paradise

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad was told by Allah to give Khadija the good news of a palace in Paradise.

Narrated 'Aisha: I never felt so jealous of any woman as I felt of Khadija, for Allah ordered him (the Prophet ) to give Khadija the glad tidings of a palace in Paradise (for her).
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ مَا غِرْتُ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مَا غِرْتُ عَلَى خَدِيجَةَ، وَلَقَدْ أَمَرَهُ رَبُّهُ أَنْ يُبَشِّرَهَا بِبَيْتٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ‏.‏

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the reward that Allah has promised to those who are faithful and obedient. It is narrated by 'Aisha that she was jealous of Khadija because Allah had ordered the Prophet Muhammad to give her glad tidings of a palace in Paradise. This shows us that if we are faithful and obedient to Allah, He will reward us with great blessings and rewards. We should strive to be righteous so that we can receive these rewards from Him.
