Strive to achieve your goals with hard work and responsibility

This hadith is about the importance of not giving authority to those who ask for it or are eager to have it. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was visited by two men from Abu Musa's tribe, and both asked him for the authority of ruling. However, the Prophet ﷺ taught them that this is not something that should be given away so easily.
