Unity and Non-Violence Among Muslims

SUMMARY: The Prophet warned against disunity and violence among Muslims.

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet said, "Beware! Do not renegade as (disbelievers) after me by striking (cutting) the necks of one another".
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِشْكَابٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ‏ "‏ لاَ تَرْتَدُّوا بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا، يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is a warning from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to all Muslims against disunity and violence among themselves. He was emphasizing the importance of unity and non-violence within the Muslim community, so that they could remain strong in their faith and continue to spread Islam peacefully throughout the world.
