EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the relief that death brings to believers. It is narrated by Abu Qatada who was one of the companions of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He said that the Prophet said “Al-Najaa’ or Al-Munji’ and a believer is relieved by death”. This means that when a believer dies they are relieved from all their worries and troubles in this world. They will no longer have to worry about their daily struggles or any other worldly matters as they will be in peace with Allah in the afterlife. This hadith teaches us to always remember our ultimate goal which is to please Allah and strive for Jannah so we can be relieved from all our worries and troubles here on earth.
