Be devoted towards God , Perform Extra Deeds Beyond Obligation , Seek Refuge In God When Needed .

This hadith speaks about the importance of devotion to Allah, as He will reward it with His protection and love. It is narrated by Abu Huraira that the Prophet Muhammad said that Allah said, “I will declare war against him who shows hostility to a pious worshipper of Mine”. This means that if someone is devoted to Allah, then He will protect them from any harm or danger they may face in life. Furthermore, the Prophet Muhammad also said that “the most beloved things with which My slave comes nearer to Me, is what I have enjoined upon him; and My slave keeps on coming closer to Me through performing Nawafil”. This means that if someone performs extra deeds beyond what is obligatory for them as a Muslim, then they can come even closer to Allah in terms of their relationship with Him. Finally, the Prophet Muhammad also said that “if he asks Me [Allah], I will give him; and if he asks My protection [Refuge], I will protect him”. This means that if someone seeks refuge in Allah from any harm or danger they may face in life, then He will provide them with His protection from it too. All these teachings show us how important it is for us as Muslims to be devoted towards our Creator so we can receive His protection and love in return for our efforts towards Him!
