Throwing Stones Forbidden

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ forbade throwing stones with the thumb and index or middle finger as it can cause harm to another person.

QUICK LESSONS:
Think before you act; Be careful when doing something that could potentially hurt someone else; Respect others; Show compassion towards others; Take responsibility for your actions.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the prohibition of throwing stones with the thumb and index or middle finger. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ warned against this action as it can cause harm to another person, such as gouging out an eye or breaking a tooth. He wanted to ensure that people would not hurt each other in any way, even if it was unintentional. This hadith teaches us that we should be careful when we do things that could potentially hurt someone else, even if we don't mean to do so. We should always think before we act and make sure our actions are not going to cause any harm.
