QUICK LESSONS:
Take care of physical & mental health & wellbeing , Be mindful about how much time spent on activities like reading/writing poems .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that it is better to avoid filling our bodies with poetry than with pus. This means that we should focus on taking care of our physical health and well-being rather than spending too much time on activities such as reading or writing poetry. We should strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious food, exercising regularly, and getting enough rest. Additionally, we should be mindful of the amount of time we spend engaging in activities such as reading or writing poetry so that it does not interfere with our physical health and well-being.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ also taught us the importance of taking care of our mental health and well-being by avoiding activities which can lead to negative emotions such as anger, sadness, or anxiety. Reading or writing poetry can sometimes lead to these negative emotions if done in excess; therefore, it is important for us to be mindful about how much time we spend engaging in these activities so that they do not interfere with our mental health and well-being either.
