Sahih al-Bukhari 6149 (Book 78, Hadith 175) #5904
The Power of Metaphors

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ advised his wives to drive the camels slowly as they were carrying glass vessels, and Abu Qalaba commented that if anyone else had said this, they would have been admonished for it.

Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet came to some of his wives among whom there was Um Sulaim, and said, "May Allah be merciful to you, O Anjasha! Drive the camels slowly, as they are carrying glass vessels!" Abu Qalaba said, "The Prophet said a sentence (ie the above metaphor) which, had anyone of you said it, you would have admonished him for it".
