This hadith is about the prohibition of Al-Qaza', which is when a person shaves their head and leaves tufts of hair here and there. This practice was forbidden by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It is important to note that this prohibition applies to both men and women. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us that we should take care in our appearance and not leave any part of our body unkempt or untidy.
