The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught that five practices are characteristics of the Fitra. These include circumcision, which is a religious practice in Islam where a male's foreskin is removed; shaving or trimming of pubic hair; clipping one's nails; and cutting one's moustache short. These practices are important for Muslims to maintain cleanliness and hygiene as part of their faith. Additionally, these practices help to promote modesty and respect for oneself as well as others. It is important to note that these teachings were not only meant for adults but also children so they can learn how to take care of themselves from an early age.
