Ask politely for what you need; Be grateful and accept gifts given out of kindness or generosity; Give generously without expecting anything in return; Show satisfaction with whatever you receive from others.

This hadith is about the importance of giving and receiving. It shows that when we give something to someone, they should be satisfied with it. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) distributed some Qaba's but he did not give anything to Makhrama. However, when Makhrama asked for something, the Prophet (ﷺ) gave him one of the Qaba's and said "I have kept this for you". This shows us that even if we don't get what we want at first, if we ask politely then Allah will provide us with what is best for us. Furthermore, it teaches us that when someone gives us something out of kindness or generosity, we should be grateful and accept it without complaint or dissatisfaction.
