This hadith is about the consequences of being prideful and vain. It was narrated by Abu Huraira that Prophet Muhammad said that while a man was walking in two pieces of clothing and feeling proud of himself with his hair well-combed, Allah made him sink into the earth and he will continue to sink until the Day of Resurrection.
