Follow rituals with faithfulness and sincerity

The hadith narrated by Ibn 'Abbas states that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was cupped while he was in a state of Ihram. This is an important ritual for Muslims who are performing Hajj or Umrah as it is one of the Sunnah acts that are recommended to be done during this period. Cupping, also known as Hijamah, is an ancient practice which involves using heated cups to create suction on the skin and draw out impurities from the body. It has many health benefits such as improving circulation and relieving pain and inflammation. This hadith shows us that even though certain rituals may seem strange or unfamiliar to us, they can still have great benefits for our physical and spiritual wellbeing if we follow them with faith and sincerity.
