This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's visit to a sick bedouin. When he saw the man was ill, he said that it could be an expiation for his sins. The bedouin disagreed with this idea and said that it was just a fever that would lead him to his grave without his will. The Prophet then agreed with him and accepted what he said.
