SUMMARY: This hadith explains the seven things that Allah's Messenger ordered us to do and the seven other things he forbade us from doing.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the teachings of Allah’s Messenger. He ordered us to do seven things such as accompanying funeral processions, visiting the sick and greeting everybody. He also forbade us from wearing gold rings, silk, Dibaj, Istabriq, Qissy and Maithara. These teachings are important for Muslims to follow in order to live a life according to Islamic principles. It is important for Muslims to obey these orders so that they can be rewarded by Allah in this world and hereafter. Furthermore it teaches us how we should behave with others by visiting them when they are sick or attending their funerals as a sign of respect for them even after their death. It also teaches us not to show off our wealth by wearing expensive items like gold rings or silk clothing which will only lead people astray from following Islamic principles instead of guiding them towards it.
