QUICK LESSONS:
Offer an animal sacrifice known as an Aqiqa on the seventh day after birth of baby boy .

EXPLANATIONS:
According to the hadith narrated by Salman bin 'Amri Ad-Dabbi, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) taught that it is important to offer a sacrifice known as an Aqīqah for a newborn baby boy. An Aqīqah is an animal sacrifice made on the seventh day after the birth of a child and is usually done in order to thank Allah for blessing them with this new life. It also serves as an act of charity and can be given away to those who are in need. This tradition has been practiced since ancient times and is still practiced today by many Muslims around the world. The significance of this practice lies in its symbolism; it serves as a reminder that all life comes from Allah and that we should always be thankful for His blessings.
