QUICK LESSONS:
Appreciate people who are better than you in any way
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the superiority of 'Aisha over other ladies. The Prophet (ﷺ) compared her superiority to that of Tharid over other kinds of food. Tharid is a dish made from bread and meat or broth and it was one of the favorite dishes in Arabia during that time. This hadith teaches us that we should appreciate people who are better than us in any way and respect them for their excellence. It also teaches us not to be jealous or envious when someone has something we don't have or someone is better than us in some way because Allah has given everyone different gifts and talents which should be appreciated instead of envied.
