EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith highlights the importance of marriage and pleasure in Islam. It is narrated by Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade Uthman bin Maz'un to abstain from marrying and other pleasures. This indicates that it is important for Muslims to partake in marriage as well as enjoy life's pleasures within the boundaries set by Allah. It also shows us that we should not take extreme measures such as castration to avoid these things. We should instead strive to follow Allah's commands while still enjoying life's blessings.
