This hadith is about respecting the mosque of Allah's Messenger. Umar bin Al-Khattab was in a mosque when he heard two men from Ta'if raising their voices. He warned them that if they were from Medina he would have punished them for raising their voices in the mosque of Allah's Messenger. This hadith teaches us to respect and be mindful of our behavior when we are inside a mosque as it is a place where we should be humble and quiet out of respect for Allah and His Prophet ﷺ.
