The King of All Kings

SUMMARY: Allah is the King of all kings and will one day ask them to prove it.

Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah's Messenger saying, "Allah will hold the whole earth, and roll all the heavens up in His Right Hand, and then He will say, 'I am the King; where are the kings of the earth?"'
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ مُسَافِرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ يَقْبِضُ اللَّهُ الأَرْضَ، وَيَطْوِي السَّمَوَاتِ بِيَمِينِهِ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ أَنَا الْمَلِكُ، أَيْنَ مُلُوكُ الأَرْضِ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the greatness of Allah, who is the king of all kings. He will one day hold the entire earth in His right hand and roll up all heavens in His right hand. Then He will ask where are the kings of this earth? This hadith teaches us that no matter how powerful a person may be, they are nothing compared to Allah's power and authority. It also reminds us that we should always remember that only Allah has ultimate power over everything in this world and beyond.
