Ask for permission when you want to enter someone else’s space or property; Wait until you are given leave; Respect other people’s privacy; Be patient when waiting for something important.

This hadith explains the revelation of a verse from the Quran, which is found in (33:53) chapter 33, verse 53. The verse states that believers should not enter Prophet's houses without permission and they must wait for a meal to be served before entering. This was revealed when Prophet Muhammad ﷺ invited people to his house and they stayed there chatting after finishing their meal. To ensure privacy, Allah revealed this verse so that people would not enter his house without permission or wait for its preparation. This teaches us to respect other people’s privacy and ask for permission before entering someone’s home or space. It also teaches us patience as we must wait until we are given leave before entering someone’s home or space.
