EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about how Allah revealed the verses of Al-Hijab. It was narrated by 'Umar who suggested to Prophet Muhammad that his wives should observe veils. This hadith teaches us that we should always be mindful when making suggestions as they can have far reaching consequences and may even be accepted by God himself! It also teaches us about modesty and respect for others in our society. We must remember to dress appropriately and not draw attention to ourselves with our clothing choices.
