Believe sincerely in Allah & His Messenger; Show mercy & acceptance towards those who accept your message; Strive for peace & harmony with others regardless of their beliefs/opinions; Follow teachings of Prophet Muhammedﷺ .

This hadith is about a man called Thumama bin Uthal who was brought to the mosque by some horsemen. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ ordered them to release him and he went to take a bath in a nearby garden of date-palms. After that, he entered the mosque again and declared his belief in Allah and that Muhammad is His Apostle, thus accepting Islam. This hadith teaches us that anyone can accept Islam no matter their background or history, as long as they are sincere in their faith. It also shows us how merciful the Prophet ﷺ was towards those who accepted his message, even if they were previously hostile towards him or his followers. We should strive to emulate this example of mercy and acceptance when dealing with others who may not share our beliefs or opinions.
