EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about a case of Mula'ana which was ordered by Allah's Messenger. In this case, a man accused his wife of adultery and denied paternity to her child during the lifetime of Allah's Messenger. As per Islamic law at that time, Allah's Messenger ordered them both to do Mula'ana as decreed by God and then gave his decision that the child would be for the mother. Furthermore, a divorce decree was issued for this couple involved in this case of Mula'ana. This hadith teaches us about justice in Islam as it shows how even if someone is accused wrongly or falsely they are still given their rights according to Islamic law. It also teaches us about respecting our spouses even if we have disagreements or disputes between us as it shows how divorces should only be used when all other options have been exhausted first before taking such drastic measures like ending marriages through divorces.
