This hadith explains the difference between three types of people - disbelievers, hypocrites and wrongdoers. A bedouin asked Hudhaifa about those who break into people's houses and steal their possessions. Hudhaifa replied that these are not considered disbelievers or hypocrites, but rather rebellious wrongdoers. This hadith teaches us to be aware of the differences between these three types of people so we can properly identify them in our lives.
