Stay away from sinning/wrongdoing

This hadith speaks about the punishment that awaits those who commit sins and wrongdoings. It tells us that Allah's Messenger saw a vision of Hell and its different portions consuming each other. He also saw 'Amr dragging his intestines in it as he was the first person to establish the tradition of letting animals loose for idols. This hadith serves as a warning to all believers that they should stay away from any kind of sin or wrongdoing as it will lead them to severe punishments in the hereafter. It also teaches us that we should be mindful and careful with our actions and deeds so we can avoid such punishments.
