QUICK LESSONS:
Respect each other's freedom within marriage; Use our intellect to verify facts before believing them blindly; Have faith in Allah's words

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains how the verse 2:223 of the Quran was revealed in response to a false belief held by Jews that if one has sexual intercourse with his wife from the back, then she will deliver a squint-eyed child. The verse states that spouses are like tilth for each other and they can go to their tilth when or how they will. This means that couples have freedom in their marital life and should not be restricted by any false beliefs or superstitions. It also teaches us to be careful about what we believe and not take everything at face value without verifying it first.

The main values taught through this hadith are freedom, caution, and trustworthiness. We should have faith in Allah's words but also use our intellect to verify facts before believing them blindly. We should also respect each other's freedom within marriage and not impose any restrictions on them based on baseless beliefs or superstitions.
