Follow Islamic teachings ; Respect religious beliefs other than one's own ; Avoid sins ; Worship only Allah ; Respect gravesites without building places for worship there .                                                ­­­­­­­ ­ ­ ­ ­ ­ ­                                 

In this hadith narrated by 'Aisha and 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas, we learn that when the last moment of the life of Allah's Messenger came he started putting his Khamisa on his face. When he felt hot and short of breath he took it off his face and said "May Allah curse the Jews and Christians for they built the places of worship at the graves of their Prophets". This was a warning to Muslims not to follow in their footsteps as this is considered a major sin in Islam. We should remember that worshipping anyone other than Allah is forbidden in Islam. We should also remember that visiting graves is allowed but building places for worship there is strictly prohibited.
