Enter any place or situation with respect and humility; Say “O Allah! Forgive our sins” when repenting; Do not add anything extra when repenting; Be humble before Allah SWT.

This hadith teaches us about the importance of humility and repentance in Islam. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ told a story about the children of Israel who were instructed to enter a town with humility and repentance, saying "Hittatun" which means "O Allah! Forgive our sins". However, instead they entered by dragging themselves on their buttocks, which is not an act of humility or respect. Furthermore, they added something extra to their repentance by saying "A grain in a hair". This shows that we should not add anything extra when repenting as it is only between us and Allah SWT. We should also be humble when entering any place or situation as this will bring us closer to Allah SWT.
