Be prepared for death, strive for good deeds, make wise choices .

This hadith is about how the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was given an option to choose between a worldly life or a life in hereafter. It is narrated by Aisha that she heard from the prophet that no prophet dies until he is given this choice. In his fatal illness, she heard him reciting a verse from Quran which made her believe that he had been offered this choice. This hadith teaches us that we should always be prepared for death and strive to make our lives better in order to gain rewards in hereafter. We should also remember that Allah will give us options at times of difficulty but it is up to us what we choose for ourselves.
