QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful while praying and bowing; Take responsibility for your own actions; Strive for excellence in worship; Remember Allah is always watching you; Make sure your actions are pleasing to Allah .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught his followers the importance of mindfulness in prayer. He said that when they are praying and bowing, they should imagine that he is watching them from behind. This teaches us to be conscious of our actions and to always strive for excellence in our worship. It also reminds us that Allah is always watching us, even when we cannot see Him. We should strive to make sure that all our actions are pleasing to Him so that we can receive His blessings and mercy. Additionally, this hadith encourages us to take responsibility for our own actions instead of relying on others or expecting someone else to do it for us. We must remember that ultimately, we will be held accountable for what we do in this life by Allah Himself on the Day of Judgment.
