Experiences of Fighting in Battles with the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ)

SUMMARY: This hadith is about the narrator Salama's experience of fighting in battles alongside the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ).

Narrated Salama (in another narration): I fought seven Ghazwat (ie battles) along with the Prophet and also fought in nine battles, fought by armies sent by the Prophet . Once Abu Bakr was our commander and another time, Usama was (our commander).
وَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَلَمَةَ، يَقُولُ غَزَوْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ سَبْعَ غَزَوَاتٍ، وَخَرَجْتُ فِيمَا يَبْعَثُ مِنَ الْبَعْثِ تِسْعَ غَزَوَاتٍ، عَلَيْنَا مَرَّةً أَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَمَرَّةً أُسَامَةُ‏.‏

This hadith narrates the experiences of Salama who fought seven battles and nine armies sent by the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). He also mentions that he was commanded by both Abu Bakr and Usama.
